In past, I have been known to gravitate towards large statement jewellery. I’ve always loved how an accessory, especially a over-sized piece, can bring an outfit to life. While my passion for costume jewellery still runs strong, this season I’ve been drawn towards items that are smaller in scale.
Pieces that are relatively classic, yet offer a touch of something different often stand the test of time and will run for fashion seasons to come — large scale or small.
I recently stumbled upon this ring from Mizuki. This 14-karat gold, pearl and diamond ring is not only perfection to wear every day, but can easily transition into the evening. The single black Tahitian pearl not only looks elegant, but can equally be made to look more edgy depending on what it is styled with.
In short, I’m dreaming of it.
